Introduction to the Project

The HR Dashboard provides a comprehensive, real-time overview of workforce metrics to enhance employee management, payroll approvals, performance tracking, and engagement.

It enables HR teams and managers to:

• Monitor workforce insights such as active employees, departures, and attendance trends.
• Track key HR processes, including pending leave requests, payroll approvals, and performance reviews.
• Analyze employee distribution by department, gender, and age for diversity and planning.
• Improve employee engagement through activity feeds, policy updates, and announcements.
• Make data-driven decisions with interactive charts for turnover rates, performance ratings, and work hours.
